Many of the things listed relates to anxiety, fear of death etc. (not necessarily for you, but as a general observation), and changed for me to the better over the years (therapy is one reason). It's my understanding that they're pretty common among everyone, so NTs get them too. If they don't go away upon blinking or seem to get worse, you should see a doctor, because something may be wrong with your retina.
